Capture Cares, a nonprofit organization dedicated to awarding grants to help fund the missions of safety net providers across the nation, is now accepting applications for its 2019 Grant Program at CaptureCares.org! Projects considered for grants must directly support the missions of 340B safety-net providers.
We offer four different types of grants to help achieve the missions of safety net providers:
Community Mission Grants, Seed Grants, Medication Adherence Grants, and Marketing Video Grants.
The deadline for online submission of application and supporting documents is June 15, 2019 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
